The villa is about 1,600 square feet in size, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living/dining area, enclosed patio area and a good sized kitchen. It has hot and cold water, fridge, gas stove and oven and electric washing machine. The cook/house-keeper is part of the arrangements, and she will look after the cooking and keep the house clean.

The property is almost an acre in size with 100 meters (300 feet) of private beach. It is surrounded by a 5 to 8 feet high stone wall on the land/road side thus providing a high degree of privacy during your stay. You are within walking distance of the local shops and market, yet far enough away to avoid the noises associated with the hustle and bustle of the local environment.

The landscaping can best be described as primitive and rustic with several trees, bushes and plants typical of the subtropical environment of Jamaica. The beach is well suited for swimming, with a long gentle slope suitable also for children. If you venture too far out, you will encounter sea grass/weed - just ease up and float or swim.

There is a "12 foot" aluminum boat with a 9 HP outboard motor. This boat and motor is available for use only by experienced boaters or you may contact Willy the Fisherman, who can take you around in the boat for a price that Willy will quote you. There is also windsurfing nearby at Bounty Bay, where Brian and his staff will be happy to rent you the newest in windsurfing equipment.
